Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • Items must be in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is required.

Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at hello@tryolevea.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will provide return shipping instructions and the return address.
  4. Pack the items securely in their original packaging.

Return Shipping Costs

- If the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), OLEVÉA will cover the shipping cost.
- For other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We currently don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at hello@tryolevea.com with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
