RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At Olevéa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase or receipt is required
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1. Contact us at hello@tryolevea.com within 30 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions
4. Pack items securely in original packaging
5. Ship the return to the address provided
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Returns due to our error (wrong item, defective): We cover shipping
- Returns for other reasons: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
REFUNDS
Once we receive your return:
- We'll inspect the items within 3-5 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
EXCHANGES
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item:
1. Return the original item for a refund
2. Place a new order for the item you want
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately at hello@tryolevea.com
- Include photos of the damage
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you
